Does it scoop waste automatically?
No. Scoop waste daily by hand, replace litter regularly, and clean the removable tray. KOTLIE manages odor, not waste removal.
What happens when my cat enters?
Infrared detection pauses deodorization. Two minutes after your cat leaves, the system returns to standby; odor conditions guide the response. The product video compresses this waiting period.
Will I need deodorizer refills?
No dedicated deodorizer pads or refill packs are needed. Regular litter care and cleaning still apply; this does not mean the device needs no servicing.
How should I clean the electronic top?
Unplug before cleaning and keep the electronic top cover dry. Do not rinse, wash or immerse it. Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning and maintenance.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Orders totaling exactly $50 do not qualify. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
Returns
Request a voluntary return within 30 days of delivery for unused, clean, undamaged items with supplied accessories. Opening for inspection is allowed; powered trials or contact with pets, litter, or food count as use. We provide a prepaid return label, with no return shipping fee. Refunds include the returned item paid amount, corresponding taxes and attributable standard delivery charges. We reply within 3 business days and inspect and initiate an eligible refund within 15 business days after warehouse receipt. Defects, seller errors, warranty claims and legal rights are handled separately. Earlier orders keep their original commitments.
Warranty
Our one-year limited warranty starts on original delivery and covers shipping damage and damage or faults not caused by the buyer. Confirmed covered claims receive a free new replacement; if a suitable replacement is unavailable, we issue a refund. KOTLIE covers the related shipping costs. Email support@kotlielife.com with your order number or reasonable proof of purchase, model and issue description; we reply within 3 business days.
